This acquisition is slightly different to Cogitamus' normal business, which seems to be PR.

Why the interest?

What if a story that should go on Transport Info is critical of a Cogitamus client? will it still go on?

what sort of traffic have you been having over last few months?

That is such great news - for many years I have relied on TransportInfo for my daily accessible round-up of transport news and was very worried that it would fade away. It has proven to be an invaluable research tool. Thank you Anthony for your hard work.

Delighted and hugely relieved to learn that TransportInfo is safe. I really depend on it to find aviation stories each day. The (very few) days when Anthony has been away, or not got up as early as usual are a struggle, and a reminder of just how invaluable and brilliant Anthony's site has been. Anthony - thank you so much for all the work over the years. If only all harmless drudgery was as productive!

I have to say that when Anthony Rae first announced that he would be ending his 6-year commitment to the TransportInfo website my thoughts were "Oh no. TransportInfo is going to fizzle". As an expat Brit living in New Zealand I have found TransportInfo invaluable for keeping up with current transport news from the UK. Its loss would have been a blow.
So well done both Anthony and Cogitamus for ensuring between you that this excellent work will continue, and your preparedness to keep it free-to-all-users is highly appreciated.

I am delighted to see that Transportinfo will survive. It's not just operators and campaigners but those of us who teach Transport Economics that recognise what an invaluable resource this is. So thanks to Anthony and a big thumbs up to Cogitamus!

I hope there won't be too many adverts. While I appreciate we can't have something for nothing, the 'clean'presentation of the pages is very valuable to me.
